Where curiosity blooms and confidence shines.
Every day is a new opportunity to learn, play, and thrive at Kid’s Country.
Our Commitment to Quality, Equity, and Belonging
Every child deserves a place where they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. At Kid’s Country, we strive to meet the highest standards for childcare providers. Each of our centers is guided by talented and qualified professionals who uphold top-tier care and learning standards, positioning every student to be successful both in and beyond our classrooms.
Our commitment to quality, equity, and belonging ensures consistent excellence in how we teach, nurture, and inspire every child in our care.
Quality
Quality is at the core of everything we do. Every Kid's Country center participates in state and national quality assurance programs to deliver exceptional care. Ongoing professional development ensures our teachers stay current. Curriculum and teaching practices are regularly adapted to reflect emerging research and proven approaches.
Equity
We recognize that every child’s story is unique. That’s why we prioritize equitable opportunities and individualized support for every learner, embracing differences in background, culture, experience, identity, and ability. We help each child to grow confidently at their own pace and realize their full potential.
Belonging
Belonging is what transforms a classroom into a community. We create spaces where children feel seen, families feel connected, and teachers feel proud to make a difference. Together, we build an environment rooted in kindness, inclusion, and care, so everyone who walks through our doors knows they belong.

Who We Are
Growing curious minds in the Pacific Northwest for 25 years
For more than 25 years, Kid’s Country has been serving families across the Puget Sound community. From the very beginning, our work has been guided by one belief: children flourish when they feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore the world around them.
Our classrooms are warm, welcoming spaces where children learn through hands-on experiences, creative play, and gentle guidance from teachers who truly know and care for them. We focus on nurturing the whole child, supporting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through engaging activities that build confidence and curiosity every day.
As part of the Early Learning Academies (ELA) family, Kid’s Country is connected to a nationwide network of early childhood professionals who share our commitment to quality, equity, and continuous learning. This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver consistent, dependable care while staying aligned with the latest best practices in early education.
At every stage, our mission is simple: to help each child feel valued, encouraged, and ready to thrive, at school, at home, and in their community.

Our Approach to Care
A Whole-Child Approach to Learning
Every Kid’s Country center follows the same six foundational pillars that guide how we nurture each child’s potential:
Strong Teacher Connections
Children thrive when they feel understood and loved. Our teachers build meaningful, lasting relationships that help each child feel secure and confident.
Safety First, Always
From secure facilities to trained staff, every detail is designed to keep children protected while they explore and learn.
Hands-On Learning
Exploration is how children learn best. We make every day joyful and enriching with hands-on experiences that spark curiosity and imagination.
Values-Grounded Culture
Kindness, empathy, and integrity shape everything we do inside the classroom and beyond.
Inclusive Community
Every family belongs here. We celebrate differences and create spaces where children of all backgrounds can learn side by side.
Continuous Growth
Just like our students, we’re always learning and refining our programs, training, and curriculum to stay aligned with best practices in early education.
Our Core Values
Guided by purpose. Grounded in heart.
We hold ourselves and each other to integrity, kindness, and compassion. These values shape how we teach, lead, and build community with the families we serve.
Excellence
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of excellence in everything we do.
Integrity & Kindness
We emulate kindness and integrity with our words and our actions as we fulfill our roles as educators.
Growth
We are always learning to better serve our families and each other.
Inclusivity
We welcome all into our classrooms and onto our teams.
Community
We are not a place. We are a community, built on connection and care.

Teacher Dedication
Dedicated Teachers, Lifelong Impact
Our teachers are the heart of what we do. We build our early childhood education team with individuals who share our passion, professionalism, and love for children. Through ongoing professional development and a shared commitment to quality, they bring our mission to life. Together we create classrooms where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to learn.
